Blind spot warning system warns the driver with a warning light on the side mirror if there is a vehicle in the vehicle's blind spot. Infrared sensors are used in this technology. These sensors scan objects within 6 meters of your vehicle and activate the warning light in your side mirrors. This allows the driver and passenger to safely change lanes.
New model vehicles have been extensively equipped with a blind spot warning system. It is possible to apply this system later on, but the cost is very high.
