After installing the LPG conversion device in your vehicle, the MMO must inspect your vehicle to verify that the materials and assembly conform with the ….. specifications.
It is recommended that LPG vehicles be maintained every 10,000-15,000km.
These are the care you need.
- LPG filters should be replaced.
- – It is important to check the regulator pressure
- – Check the condition of the main line and connections. Any gas leakage should also be investigated.
- – You must have your vehicle checked and given a Gas Tightness report by the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers before you can apply for visas.
Take into account
- LPG Installation can cause irregularities in the vehicle’s operation. LPG cannot be used to fix the problem vehicle.
- To ensure your vehicle runs smoothly with LPG, make certain that the throttle cleaning and idle speed adjuster sensors work properly. Also, make sure the ignition system (sparkplug, spark plug cable and coil) is working perfectly.
- – Every 15,000km, change your gas filter.
- Never run an injection vehicle without gasoline.
- – Never wash your vehicle's engine. It can damage the electronic components in the LPG system.
- If your battery goes flat, you should not install a sequencer system on your vehicle. If you feel it is necessary, you can take the fuse from the ECU and add it to your vehicle.
