EVC Valve Lubrication Sequential System. This electronic valve lubrication device is designed for injection vehicles using LPG ……

The combustion chamber of vehicles that use LPG/CNG has a very clean surface. Unsavorable soot can form on valve heads and piston tops when gasoline-powered vehicles use chemicals such as sulfur, zinc, carbon, and carbon. These institutions, which look a lot like coal dust, protect the valves from heat generated by the combustion chamber.

Because it is made up of propane and butane, LPG fuel is very clean compared to gasoline. It doesn’t produce any soot particles in the combustion chamber at the valve head. It has a lower environmental impact. Some vehicles may require additional additives to this clean fuel. Because every vehicle has different valves. Some vehicles have more durable valves. These vehicles require additional valve lubrication. Soot-forming chemicals, such as gasoline, should be sent to combustion chamber with LPG fuel.

The EVC system is here to help. ECU (electronic controls unit) is a device that sends the valve fluid along with LPG fuel through an injector. This is a sequential oil lubrication system. It is now being used in the lubrication of electronic and valve fluid systems as an excellent technology.

EVC has many benefits

EVC Valve Lubrication System Has 2 Main Benefits.

1. The system is fully electronic. The software controls the lubrication injection unit. Perfect dosing can be achieved thanks to the apparatus that moves the liquid to the valves. The valves receive as much lubricating oil as they need. It is not necessary to send any excess or missing fluid. Only the amount required of liquid is sent.

2- The intake and exhaust valves’ surfaces are protected by the valve protection fluid. The valve fluid protects the valves and does not cause damage to the parts. This is an important characteristic. These two characteristics show that both the technical operation and the quality of the fluid are excellent, which is a benefit to the valves and seats of the vehicle.

EVC VALVE LUBRICATION INSJECTOR:

The injector of this system is the solenoid valve, or the part that sends oil to the combustion chamber. It functions together with the ECU.

The ECU commands it to open and close the valves fast or slow. The system oil is distributed to the valves by it in equal amounts. It regulates the pressure setting continuously and does not permit oil to be sent at either low or high pressure.

Use areas

EVC Electronic valve protection unit can be used on vehicles that run on LPG or CNG. The electronic control unit controls the amount of fluid that is sent to the valves.

EVC System’s Distributor Nupples Work Perfectly

Distributor nipples that are specifically designed and made perform their tasks perfectly and seamlessly, and deliver equal dosing to all valves.
