Flashlube was developed in Australia to eliminate soot from vehicles after LPG conversion ……

In 1979, in Melbourne (Australia), the German scientist Wolfgang Kluenner developed Flashlube. Wolgang was a scientist with CSIRO (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization). He worked at Monash University. He discovered a problem with the valve seats in vehicles that use autogas conversion. He spent his time researching the problem and finding a solution. These researches led to the Flashlube Valve Protector System, and the Flashlube Valve Protector Fluid specifically formulated for it.
