Prices for 2022 LPG Flakes vary depending on their manufacturers and what is in the box. You need to choose the right float for your vehicle ……

The fuel gauge problem is one of the most common issues after LPG installation. The most common reason that the LPG indicator fails to detect fuel levels in LPG tanks is incompatibility between the tank’s float and the tank. The sensor mounted on the floating sensor has the wrong resistance.

To ensure safety, the gas breaker on your float will automatically shut off the gas when the tank reaches 80%. Your float might make a noise due to changing pressures. In this case, the pump attendant should stop refilling.

The diameter of the tanks, as well as the type of float, will determine the float you choose. For cylindrical tanks with a dimension of 315, a floating of 315/30 degree is required. For cylindrical tanks with dimensions of 270, a floating of 270/30 degree is recommended. Bagel tanks should be weighed according to their height. You should choose 200/30 for donut tanks that are 200mm high, and 220/30 for those that are 220mm tall. Toroidal tanks with external necks prefer buoys with a diameter that is 0 degrees in relation to their height. (such as 200/0 or 220/0).

Don’t forget: The wrong float selection can cause your vehicle’s gas gauge to not correctly show the gas level inside the tank. This will make your vehicle appear severely deficient during inspection.
