The bill changed the taxation system for automobiles, pickpockets and land vehicles, and added the value of the vehicle to the existing taxation criteria. The revaluation rate to be applied for MTV for these vehicles will be 15 percent for vehicles below 1300 cm³ and 25 percent for vehicles over 1300 cm³.
