What is a mixer? What vehicles can the mixer be used in? What’s the function of the mixer What are the different types of mixers available?

The LPG converter system has a mixer which produces an homogeneous mixture between LPG (and air) and LPG. It is responsible for providing gas proportional to the intake in accordance to the engine’s operating conditions.

The top of the carburetor is the best and most efficient place to mount a mixer. There are many types of mixers available for different types and types of carburetors.

It is possible to gather them in two different groups.

1. Group

a. Countertop plate mixers

b. Under-plate mixers

2. Group

A. Mixed Systems

b. Forked Systems

Countertop mixers

These mixers are located above and below the carburetor. They are located between the carburetor’s air filter. You can attach the mixer to the carburetor with a spring or screw it to it. You will need to locate the correct position for the assembly. Drill a hole in your air filter body, and then pass LPG.

Under-plate mixers

These are used in carburetors that can be divided into two parts and are mounted above or below the throttle. Although it is slower to assemble and thinner, this mixer has its advantages. This allows for better mixing of LPG and air. The second is that harmful gases like carbon monoxide are significantly reduced.

Mixed systems

This type can be described simply as a record that penetrates the carburetor. If used correctly, they can give you good results. They are not compatible with all types of carburetors. Assembly requires skill. Mixers that aren’t installed correctly won’t give you good results, and your carburetor might be damaged.

Forked systems

It’s easier than using mixed systems. This can be used with all types of carburetors. The starting positions of the butterfly vales must be adjusted in order to allow the mixer system work. If the system is not adjusted, it will stop working.
