Sequential System LPG System, an autogas system that is compatible with all multi-point electronic sequential infusion vehicles ….., can be installed.

The key feature of the sequential systems is its similar performance to gasoline and the ease of use.

Sequential autogas systems are designed to work with the latest vehicles. There are no adjustment or performance issues. These sequential autogas systems are generating increasing interest in our sector, as well as Turkey.

Sequential autogas systems consist of regulator, injectors, gas valves, ecu (electronic controller unit), MAP sensor, pressure sensor, small elegant instrument panel and fillingnozzle. These are state-of the-art autogas systems that can be adjusted by computer.

Way of Working

These systems allow the vehicle to run primarily on gasoline. It will continue to operate on gasoline until its engine water temperature reaches between 36-40 degrees. Once it reaches the desired temperature it activates it by sending a signal through the regulator to the ECU (electronic controls unit). The regulator heat sensor detects when the vehicle is hot and cuts off gas so that it can start working with gas. Your vehicle will activate the gas system within 25 seconds if it is hot. This sequential system has the advantage of allowing you to do it manually and without needing to touch your hands. It does not cause gas adjustment issues. Because the vehicle’s gas injectors are multi-point, they perform the same way as the petrol system.

To ensure efficiency and quality, the service that will perform the installation must be competent, have technical knowledge, and have experience. No matter how great the brand quality, if the service performing the assembly isn’t qualified, the sequential LPG systems will have problems. Similar to gasoline, your vehicle’s condition in gasoline must be healthy. The necessary maintenance and control should be taken. Autogas will make it more obvious if there are problems with the ignition system or engine parts. The assembly should then be turned on.

Regular maintenance is the most important thing about sequential autogas systems. Every 10 000 km, it is necessary to have the assembly service perform maintenance and control. It is important to change the LPG filter, check their settings and verify their tightness.

A second thing to consider is the fact that water should not be used on the engines of vehicles. There is the risk of water getting into the ECU.
